Programs description
This preparation is for all athletes who want to take their cycling to the next level by doing ultra long distance.
Strength and endurance in cycling are essential qualities to achieve a high level of performance in long distance. They allow you to improve your power and climb to new heights.
Special sessions for sub-maximal strength, LIT, VO2max are at the center of these training programs for ultra cycling.

These specific programs include6 to 8 sessions per week to reach your goals in 8 to 24 weeks of preparation!
They are made up of :
- 1 week of tests to determine your physiological or technical state at the moment.
- 8 to 24 weeks in total to develop your strength and endurance.
- muscle strengthening combined with LIT and VO2max sessions to train your body to save itself
- then a sharpening phase
