Get ready for the M or L of Alpe d’Huez Triathlon 2021  and achieve all your goals in the Duathlon S of Alpe d’Huez 2021  by following a GUTAÏ program. Get stronger with :

  • nutritional recommendations before, during and after the sessions,
  • Pacing and nutrition recommendations for competition,
  • respect the load ratios to avoid injuries.

Get ready for the M or L Triathlon of Alpe d’Huez Triathlon 2021  and achieve all your goals in the Duathlon S of Alpe d’Huez 2021  by following a GUTAÏ program. Get stronger with :

Triathlon and Duathlon Training

The programs for the triathlons of size M and L include 8, 12 or 16 weeks ranging from 6 to 16 hours of training per week.

To prepare you for the Duathlon S, GUTAÏ offers you a volume ranging from 6 to 10 hours weekly training over 8 or 12 weeks.

Choose if you want to test your intensity zones (important if you haven’t done a GUTAI program yet).

  • Work on the intensity distribution with 80% of the training volume dedicated to low intensity ;
  • Specific work on tempo ;
  • Phase of gradual decrease over 2 weeks ;
  • With or without test ;
  • Outdoor cycling session on weekdays starting with the time change on 03/29/2021.
