To prepare you for the RAID Multisports Les Étoiles du Verdon, our trainer GUTAÏ offers you a weekly training volume from 6 to 8 hours. As well as a global accompaniment until the day of the race.

You will need to perform tests to determine your training zones and paces (important if you have not yet followed a GUTAÏ program).

  • Work on the distribution of intensities with 80% of the training volume devoted to low intensity;
  • Specific Tempo Work;
  • Tapering phase over 2 weeks;
  • With tests.
