Composition of the program

This preparation is for all athletes. Attack your season in good conditions! Or simply lose weight by practicing triathlon.

Thanks to its hormonal approach, this method will allow you to “sharpen” yourself while losing body fat. Then you will regain your endurance capacities.

Nutritional advice, muscle strengthening and Fat Burn sessions are an ideal combination for fast and effective results.

The sessions

This preparation program is divided into 3 to 6 sessions, or 6 to 12 hours per week.

It consists of 4 weeks :

  • First, a first week of start-up and evaluation of your metabolic profile.
  • Then three more weeks of targeted activities to stimulate your lipid metabolism.
