Presentation of the sessions

This preparation program is divided into 3 to 6 sessions, or 6 to 12 hours per week.

It consists of 4 weeks :

  • First of all, a week of start-up and evaluation of your metabolic profile.
  • Then three more weeks of targeted activities to stimulate your lipid metabolism.
