Program description
This preparation is for all athletes who want to get back to an ideal state of fitness. Before you start the season, sharpen up!!!
In fact, this method will reduce your body fat. And thus you will be able to recover your high endurance capacities.
Nutritional advice, muscle strengthening and Fat Burn sessions are the ideal combination for fast and effective results.

TOBEFIT CYCLING TRAINING PROGRAM
Presentation of the sessions
This preparation program is divided into 3 to 6 sessions, or 6 to 12 hours per week.
It consists of 4 weeks :
- First of all, a week of start-up and evaluation of your metabolic profile.
- Then three more weeks of targeted activities to stimulate your lipid metabolism.

Strengthening muscles
Strengthening your muscles stimulates your basic metabolism.

Intermittent fasting
Intermitten fasting 16/8 accentuates the phenomenon of muscle recovery and insulin control.

SleepLow Sessions
You will do intensive sessions to empty your glycogen reserves and promote lipolysis during the night fasting.


Nutrition

3 to 6 sessions/week
ToBeFit is a program that integrates optimal effort periodization with performance development.

6 to 12 hours/week
The program effectively alternates strengthening sessions, FatBurn sessions and adapted nutrition.
