Program description
This preparation is for all running athletes over 30 years old, wishing to continue to progress, from beginner to advanced.
Think getting older makes training harder? Master is here to prove you wrong!
Thanks to a scientific approach, this program is ideal for combining quality training, recovery and therefore progression. It adapts to you and only to your own physiology.

MASTER RUNNING TRAINING PROGRAM
Presentation of the sessions
This preparation program is spread over 8 weeks, in 3 to 6 sessions, or 6 to 12 hours per week.
It consists of two parts :
- Part 1 : the objective is to develop your Vo2max by combining HIT sessions and recovery sessions sparingly.
- Part 2 : The objective is to develop your endurance skills for various time intervals..
Thus, after 8 weeks, your body will be ready to enter a specific preparation phase.

Periodization
A scientific vision of aging allows us to optimize the organization of your training sessions.

Recovery
The Master program contains recovery periods ideally placed to accentuate the phenomenon of overcompensation.

HIT * Sessions
You will do high intensity sessions to improve your Vo2max.

Nutrition
Receive nutritional advice before, during and after each session.

3 to 6 sessions/week
Master is a program that integrates a periodization of effort optimal to the development of performance.

6 to 12 hours/week
The program effectively alternates between HIT and recovery sessions.
