Thanks to a scientific approach, this program is ideal for combining quality training, recovery and therefore progression. It adapts to you and only to your own physiology.

MASTER CYCLING TRAINING PROGRAM

Presentation of the sessions

This preparation program is spread over 8 weeks, in 3 to 6 sessions, or 6 to 12 hours per week..

It consists of two parts :

  • Part 1: the objective is to develop your Vo2max by combining HIT sessions and recovery sessions sparingly.
  • Part 2: The objective is to develop your endurance skills for various time intervals.

Thus, after 8 weeks, your body will be ready to enter a specific preparation phase.
