VMA TRIATHLON TRAINING PROGRAM
Program description
This preparation is for all athletes who want to take their triathlon training to the next level.
Indeed, thanks to a perfect alliance between the different intensities, BoostTaVo2 optimizes the adaptive response of the body. Thus your aerobic metabolism increases and allows you to progress by 5 to 10% in only 6 weeks.
The HIT-Rj by Gutai Innovation sessions are at the center of this program.

The sessions
This preparation program is divided into
in 4 to 8 sessions, or 8 to 12 hours per week.
It is planned over 7 weeks :
- One week of tests to determine your physiological state at the moment
- Four weeks at High Intensity with 3 to 4 weekly HIT-Rj sessions
- A week of active regeneration in order to trigger the adaptive processes
- A final week to evaluate your progress
