Program description
Cycling is nothing without power. Whether you want to sprint, roll, or beat a KOM, power is the key to performance.
BoosttaVO2 perfectly combines high-intensity sessions individualized to your capacities at the time with technical and endurance sessions.
The HIT-Rj by Gutaï Innovation sessions are at the heart of this program. The only objective: your progress

PMA CYCLING TRAINING PROGRAM
Presentation of the sessions
This preparation program is divided into 4 to 8 sessions, or 8 to 12 hours per week.
It consists of 7 weeks :
- One week of tests to determine your physiological state at the moment
- Four weeks at High Intensity with 3 to 4 weekly HIT-Rj sessions
- One week of active regeneration to trigger adaptive processes
- A final week to evaluate your progress
