This preparation is for all athletes who have an objective of progression in an Olympic distance triathlon.

Whether you want to prepare for your next season or master the Olympic distance, this program is for you !

This program is accompanied by more specific sessions aimed at improving your speed and performance.

THE M TRIATHLON PROGRAM

The sessions

This preparation program is divided into 6 to 10 hours per week, over 8 to 12 weeks.

It consists of :

  • 1 week of tests to evaluate your physiological or technical state at the moment.
  • the following weeks are based on improving your speed, your VO2max.
