Whether you want to prepare for your next season or master the Olympic distance, this program is for you !
This program is accompanied by more specific sessions aimed at improving your speed and performance.

THE M TRIATHLON PROGRAM
This preparation program is divided into 6 to 10 hours per week, over 8 to 12 weeks.
It consists of :
- 1 week of tests to evaluate your physiological or technical state at the moment.
- the following weeks are based on improving your speed, your VO2max.

The composition of the program
Thanks to the Olympic program, you will gain in intensity, you will improve your efficiency in each discipline.
The Olympic program will allow you to gain economy through better technique.
HIT * Sessions
You will do high intensity sessions to improve your Vo2max.
* HIT : (high intensity training)
Receive nutritional advice before, during and after each session.
3 to 6 sessions/week
Olympic is a program that integrates a periodization of effort optimal to the development of performance.
6 to 10 hours/week
The program effectively alternates strengthening sessions, technical sessions and HIT sessions.
