The competitions are starting again! Start the season with a bang.
Prepare yourself for the S, M or L of the E.Leclerc FRENCHMAN triathlon Libourne by following a GUTAÏ program. Get stronger thanks to :
- optimizing all factors to enhance progress,
- nutritional recommendations before, during and after the sessions,
- Pacing and nutritional recommendations for competition,
- respecting load ratios to prevent injuries.
The HIT and LIT sessions are central to these programs.


PROGRAMMES E.LECLERC FRENCHMAN TRIATHLON LIBOURNE
S, M and L training
The S and M preparation programs include 8 to 12 weeks of to 10 hours of training per week.
To prepare you for the L, GUTAÏ offers you a volume ranging from 8 to 16 hours of weekly training over 12 to 24 weeks..
Choose if you want totest your intensity zones (important if you haven’t done a GUTAI program yet).
- Work on the distribution of intensities with 80% of the training volume devoted to low intensity;
- Specific Tempo Work;
- Tapering phase over 2 weeks;
- With or without test;
- Outdoor cycling session on weekdays starting at the time change on 03/29/2021.
