Get ready for the L or XXL at E.Leclerc FRENCHMAN Hourtin by following a GUTAÏ program. Get stronger with :

  • optimizing all factors to enhance progress,
  • nutritional recommendations before, during and after the sessions,/li>
  • Pacing and nutritional recommendations for competition,
  • respecting load ratios to prevent injuries.

THE E.LECLERC FRENCHMAN TRIATHLON HOURTIN 2021 PROGRAM

L and XXL workouts

This preparation program is divided into 6 to 9, 9 to 12, 12 to 15 and 15 to 18 weekly training sessions.

  • Work on the distribution of intensities with 80% of the training volume devoted to low intensity;
  • Specific Tempo Work;
  • Tapering phase over 2 weeks;
  • With or without test;
  • Outdoor cycling session on weekdays starting at the time change on 03/29/2021.
