Whether you want to continue preparing for this summer’s competitions or train smart, this program is for you!

The sessions
This preparation program consists of 4 to 8 hours of training per week, over 7 weeks.

- HIT (High Intensity Training) sessions

Time optimization
With the Containment program, you will gain intensity and improve your efficiency.


HIT * Sessions
You will perform high intensity sessions to improve your Vo2max.




Nutrition
Receive nutritional advice before, during and after each session.


4 to 8 hours/week
The program effectively alternates between technical and HIT sessions.
