Programs description
Train efficiently to reach your goal on a mountain L Triathlon.
Prepare yourself for a Mountain L Triathlon and reach all your goals by following a GUTAÏ program. Get stronger with :
- optimizing all factors to improve progress,
- nutritional recommendations before, during and after the sessions,
- Pacing and nutrition recommendations for competition,
- respect the load ratios to avoid injuries.
The HIT, MIT and LIT sessions are at the heart of these programs.



MOUNTAIN L Triathlon 2022 programs
Triathlon Training
Programs for L size triathlons include 8, 12 or 16 weeks ranging from 6 to 16 hours of weekly training.
Choose if you want to test your intensity zones (important if you haven’t done a GUTAI program yet).
- Work on the intensity distribution with 80% of the training volume dedicated to low intensity;
- Specific work on tempo ;
- Phase of gradual decrease over 2 weeks;
- With or without test;
- Outdoor cycling session on weekdays starting with the time change on 03/29/2022.
